| What is the Standard Royalty Free License? |
All Regimages licenses are royalty free, meaning when you acquire an image, you can use it as much as you like within the scope of the license. Depending on the licence purchased, you may use the image for a variety of projects and applications.
The standard royalty free license allows the buyer to use the images in the following:
1. Web Design
2. Software Development
3. Screensaver
4. Electronic Document/ Report
5. Multimedia presentation
6. Digital Advertising
7. Print Advertising
8. Derivative Resale
9. personal/commercial projects
10. games/ film/video

| NOTE: This license does not allow a person to buy the image and sell prints or resold rent,transfer, otherwise made available for use or detached from a product, software application,or web page, The Image may not be placed on any electronic bulletin board, downloadable format. You may not in include the image in any web template, including those which are web based, but not limited to website designs and presentation templates. You may not use,or allow anyone else to use The Image to create pornographic,libelous,obscene, or defamatory material. This is a violation to the artists copyright and illegal. Violators will be severly punished.

| What is an Exclusive Buyout License? |
An "Exclusive Buyout" license is a unique royalty free license that provides the most image rights and privileges to buyers and the highest commissions to Designers. This license extends the rights offered by our standard royalty free license, for example, upon purchase of this license the image may be used for commercial purposes such as selling the image in a template or any other derived product.
Exclusivity
The “Exclusive Buyout” license offers an additional special feature of exclusivity. When the image is purchased with an Exclusive Buyout license Regimages removes the image from the website and discontinues further sales thus allowing you to have the First purchase of the image.
Regimages guarantees that after the Exclusive Buyout license is sold no other license for this image will be sold.
In addition to the rights and privileges of the Standard Royalty Free License, the Exclusive Buyout license allows the following commercial uses:
1. Postcard Sales
2. Poster Sales
3. Template Sales
The Exclusive Buyout license provides the greatest rights and privileges to the buyer.

| When payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation mail ,If Purchased Images's Delivery Method show
"Regimages Delivery" Then you can direct download the Source Image or Image pakages by "Purchased Images Panel" .
IF Show "Designer Delivery",Will be received within 24 hours of your purchase images, Usually no more than 8 hours you will received the Image. |
| How to Purchasing credits? |
The minimum credit purchase is 10 credits, the maximum is 2000 credits,It is necessary to create an account on Regimages to be able to buy credits

| What type of images does Regimages need? |
Designers ask us everyday what kind of stock images are we looking for. While Regimages does not specialize in any specific subject we are seeking high quality marketable stock images.
Stock image covers so many subjects, cultures, issues, concepts, and ideas. In addition stock image is always changing. What was hot last year may not be hot this year.
Stock image is essentially a catalog of images that a potential buyer may search to find just the right image for their marketing brochure, multimedia presentation, website, billboard or other project. These buyers are often graphic designers,Web design, Software Development ,graphic artists, marketing professionals, ad agencies, and in some cases private consumers
To help you increase your visibility and sales we have a few suggestions:
Technical Perfection
To get the attention your images deserve all image submitted to Regimages must be of the highest technical quality. This means all your images must be properly exposed, Image or Image packages that are not technically perfect will be rejected from the database.

| Will Regimages accept any type of images? |
| The legal, technical, and esthetic qualities are not the only issues that the Regimages editing team uses to evaluate a Image. A member must provide accurate relevant image information while editing the image. Incomplete and irrelevant information will cause a image to be denied. However if the image is esthetically pleasing, original, and free from technical or legal issues than the image has a very strong chance at being selected by the Regimages editing team.

| What image format does Regimages accept? |
We accept Following images.

| How many images can a designer upload to Regimages? |
Designers can theoretically submit an unlimited number of images to Regimages for sale. However, this does not suggest that Designers must upload all their images without considering image quality first. Regimages selects only the highest quality Images.
Designers should deposit only their best image or image packages. Regimages has the right to remove/restrict images and artists that continually submit images that do not meet our needs or pass our esthetic quality.
The number of approved images packages/the number of images submitted is taken into account at the time of the selection of the images. |
| At what price will my image be sold? |
We offer Designers and buyers two license depending on the license option chosen. A Designer may be required to define a price for each license, Designers can define products prices.
1. standard royalty free license price
2. Exclusive buyout License price |
| When do I get paid? |
| Payments are sent on the 15th of the month for sales made on the previous month, for example, on the 15th of February you would be sent payment for sales made in January.. |
| How long does it take to receive payment? |
| Depends on the payment method selected, but here are some guidelines:

| How do a process a refund for one of my customers? |
| It is not possible to process a refund through Designer Administration. To process a refund you need to contact DesSupport@Regimages.com. All we need to process the refund is the OrderID and description of what you would like to refund (the entire order or part of an order).
Once we receive a refund request from you, the refund will be posted to the customer's card within 24 hours. The customer's bank may delay the refund from showing on the card statement for 48-72 hours. |
| How quickly are order confirmations sent to me? |
| As soon as a customer submits an order, the credit card is authorized and billed by Regimages. The email confirmations are instantly generated to the customer and the Designer. If you have chosen to have Regimages fulfill any part of the order, they are fulfilled in the Regimage email confirmation. If you have chosen to have yourself fulfil, you must fulfill the order within 24 hours
The orders given on the Sales Stats page are presented in real time. As soon as an order is approved, it is available for you to view

| Can I transfer money from my sale account to My Regimages Buyer acount? |
| Yes,You can transfer money to your Buyer account via Designer Administration Control "Credits Donate" Panel. When you transfer money to Yourself buyer account, the corresponding funds will arrive within 24 hours of your purchase account |
| Does my account have to have a minimum balance before you will send my payment? |
| Yes. Payments are only sent if your account balance is $50 or more. If you have a balance of less than $50, your payment will be held until the next payment date when your balance is at least $50

| Does Regimages charge me a fee for each refund I request? |
| Regimages does not charge a fee if a Designer requests to have an order refunded.
